Garneti Exhibit is announced to partner with Sombodi clothing and the
organizers of Orange Carnival 2012 to design costumes for bands to participate
in the annual Orange Carnival.
This was confirmed in a release made available to journalist
by Nelson NseAbasi, the progenitor of the event.
The 2012 edition, is the 3rd
edition of the epoch making event, Orange Carnival was inspired by the need to
unite the good people of Akwa bom state, to show the world how peaceful and
loving we are, every September 23rd the day the state was created 25
years ago.
According to Nelson ‘Sombodi’ NseAbasi, the choice of the Garneti brand as the official designer of
costumes for bands participating in the carnival this year, is simply because of
the uniqueness of the Garneti brand, and the creativity deployed in their designs.
Nelson stated that this year’s Orange
Carnival is going to be spectacular, as Akwa Ibom celebrates Silver Jubilee
anniversary, more ideas and concepts will be introduced to spice up the
carnival. Meanwhile, here is a list of the bands available and some
